Purpose:

Our Customer Service Representatives consistently engage and maintain professional and positive relationships with accountholders, end users, and the sales team in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities range from processing orders, answering and responding via multiple communication methods, checking stock, answering general product questions, and communicating with internal departments to provide customers with the highest level of service possible. This position is an integral member of our most prominent, customer-facing department committed to a customer-centric mentality and meeting our company goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Engages with customers, handles inquiries, and provides services assistance.

• Processes orders in our system received via phone, email, and fax.

• Checks stock for customers and sales team.

• Aids in locating physical store locations that carry our products for end users.

• Communicates efficiently with internal departments.

• Maintains order lists and follows up with customers regarding processing.

• Forwards calls and messages to the appropriate departments.

• Demonstrates reliability through good work ethics and attendance.

• Proficient in Microsoft products such as Outlook, Excel and preferably Microsoft Dynamics.

Education and Experience:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, call centers, or related fields.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required; additional education a plus.

• Knowledge of the flooring industry is not required but also a plus.

Purpose:

The Regional Sales Director is responsible for driving profitable revenue growth within our retail sales channel across an assigned region, with a dedicated emphasis on hard surface flooring wholesale (vinyl, hardwood, laminate, bamboo). This role leads and develops a team of Territory Sales Managers while directly influencing key retail, distributor, and strategic wholesale relationships. The Regional Sales Director is a hands-on sales leader who blends strategic planning with in-field execution—coaching teams, strengthening retail partnerships, expanding product penetration, and consistently delivering against regional and corporate sales objectives.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership & Team Development

• Leads, coaches, and develops Territory Sales Managers to consistently exceed regional sales, distribution, and profitability targets.

• Sets clear expectations, performance standards, and KPIs; provides ongoing feedback, coaching, and professional development.

• Conducts regular field rides, joint customer calls, and skill-building sessions to elevate sales execution, product knowledge, and retail selling effectiveness.

• Fosters a performance-driven, accountable, and customer-centric sales culture.

Regional Sales Strategy & Execution

• Develops and executes regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives, retail channel priorities, and market dynamics.

• Drives retail-focused initiatives including product launches, merchandising programs, promotions, pricing strategies, and inventory optimization.

• Identifies whitespace opportunities, expands retail coverage, and increases share-of-wallet across key accounts.

• Oversees discontinued, closeout, or excess inventory programs to maximize revenue and minimize exposure.

Relationship Management

• Builds and maintains strong executive-level relationships with strategic retailers, distributors, and wholesale partners.

• Serves as an escalation point for complex customer issues, ensuring timely resolution in collaboration with internal teams.

• Partners with customers to develop long-term growth plans, category strategies, and mutually beneficial business solutions.

Market Intelligence & Performance Management

• Analyzes regional performance, market trends, competitive activity, and customer insights to inform strategy and decision-making.

• Establishes, tracks, and reports on KPIs and OKRs related to revenue, margin, distribution, promotional effectiveness, and team activity.

• Prepares and presents monthly and quarterly performance updates, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborates closely with internal departments (e.g., R&D, Sourcing, Sales, Operations, Finance, etc.) and units within (e.g., Marketing, Product Management, Quality, Customer Service) to ensure seamless execution of sales programs.

• Provides market feedback to influence product development, assortment strategies, pricing, and go-to-market initiatives.

Entrepreneurial Mindset & Growth Orientation

• Exhibits entrepreneurial spirit with experience operating in start-up, high-growth, or transformation environments.

• Comfortable building structure where needed while remaining agile, resourceful, and execution-focused.

• Promotes a bottom-up OKR goal-setting approach, ensuring regional and team objectives are aligned with broader corporate priorities while empowering ownership and accountability at the field level.

Travel Requirements

• Extensive travel required (approximately 3 weeks per month) within the assigned region.

• Regular field travel with Territory Sales Managers to drive growth and develop key retail and wholesale accounts.

• Attendance at customer meetings, trade shows, leadership meetings, and industry events.

• Periodic travel to company operating centers for training, planning, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Occasional national and international travel as needed.

Skills & Experience:

Required

• 10+ years of progressive outside sales experience, with 4–6+ years in sales management, preferably within hard surface flooring, building materials, or wholesale distribution.

• Demonstrated success leading teams to achieve and exceed revenue, margin, and growth targets.

• Proven ability to coach, develop, and retain high-performing sales professionals.

• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

• Highly organized with strong time management and execution discipline.

• Willingness and ability to travel extensively.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. of samples or flooring materials.

Preferred

• Deep experience in retail-driven wholesale sales models and multi-tier distribution.

• Track record of winning new retail accounts and expanding existing relationships.

• Experience managing complex pricing, promotions, inventory transitions, and SKU rationalization.

• Strong understanding of merchandising, showroom execution, and retail sell-through drivers.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and continuous improvement.

Purpose:

The Returns & Operational Support Manager oversees returned product operations, recovery processes, and reverse logistics to maximize recovered value and operational efficiency. This role manages intake, inspection, disposition, repack operations, and liquidation channels while helping reduce losses and improve inventory flow.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage returned product intake, inspection, tracking, and disposition.

• Maximize recovery through resale, rework, and liquidation strategies.

• Oversee repack operations, materials, and vendor relationships.

• Develop and manage secondary market and liquidation channels.

• Track recovery performance, costs, and operational KPIs.

• Partner cross-functionally to improve processes and reduce write-offs.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, or reverse logistics.

• Experience with ERP systems and operational reporting.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with big-box retail returns or liquidation channels preferred.

Purpose:

We are currently looking to hire a Territory Sales Manager to establish, maintain, and increase sales, market share, and profitability in an assigned geographic area for our Eagle Creek Floors brand. This position develops and cultivates solid relationships with existing and potential customers. These relationships are based on trust, a deep understanding of each customer’s business needs and expectations, expansive product and industry knowledge, aligned communications, and reliable customer service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintains a strong understanding of hard surface flooring product specifications for hardwood, vinyl, laminate, and bamboo.

• Conducts data analyses to confirm market potential, customer segmentation, and territory optimization.

• Navigates pipeline management by engaging in and tracking touchpoints – calls, emails, in-person visits, sales presentations, product display placements, account openings, purchases, historical trends, etc.

• Travels regularly throughout assigned territory to consult with prospects and customers at their facilities.

• Consistently influences sales decisions by identifying and providing value-added propositions to customers.

• Honestly communicates transactional logistics regarding pricing, lead time, program management, etc.

• Acts as cross-functional liaison to help facilitate full-cycle sales processes.

• Prepares weekly productivity reports that track business engagements and transactions.

• Controls and submits data to process travel and entertainment expenditures.

Experience:

• Must have a dedicated vehicle to carry a vast array of sample materials and displays.

• Must reside and have previously worked within the assigned territory.

Purpose:

Our Warehouse Associate is responsible for handling, moving, and managing inventory within the warehouse. This includes receiving, handling, storing, and shipping goods efficiently while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Loads and unloads materials from trucks and containers.

• Wraps pallets and counts cartons to ensure accurate shipments.

• Organizes warehouse inventory and maintain cleanliness.

• Re-boxes and re-labels products as needed.

• Operates lift trucks and other warehouse equipment safely.

• Ensures compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

• Communicates with team members to facilitate smooth operations.

• Performs cycle counts and assists with inventory management.

Job Skills Requirement:
